so much to smile about

Reading and thinking about this post today - Smile in Each Moment by Zen Habits

I have so much to smile about...Like this afternoon while doing that stack of dirty dishes - because that meant I had a husband to cook a meal for. And that really is a reason to smile. It was worth every single one of those dirty dishes.
That even though the weather has been stormy today, I have the ability to see it and experience it.

And I think when you can smile in those moments that seem so hard to, you affect those around you in a positive way. A smile goes such a long ways.

But my favorite reason to smile about right now is that I get so spend my life with someone that loves me. Someone I think the world of.  Someone who is my world. ♥

for the love of fur

I'm really loving the look of fur right now...and I think that's so odd because I've never ever liked it before. But I'm lovin' it now! Especially the fur vests...I love that look paired over a blouse! oh so cute! And I love how you can style it for either a casual or dressy look.

I love the accessories paired with one on the left and of course, Sydney from The Daybook can make anything look cute!

I came across this Sessun Collection of clothing today via Lovely Clusters, and I fell in love instantly...I love the softness and feminine flair of it all...I love the style, colors, everything. *sigh*

Although I would never be caught wearing them...those checkered pants are sooooo adorable!! Don't you think?! Sessun has lots of adorable accessories and shoes too ( especially shoes!) I had such fun looking around their website. And who ever does Sessun's photography does an absolutely amazing job!

I was browsing ModCloth today for the first time and came across sooo many cute dresses/outfits! Why havn't I ever been on there before?! How a place can have so many cute things is beyond me! The only problem is they don't come small enough for me. Total bummer. But a person can have fun dreaming and looking, right?! and that's just what I did...these are some of my favorite finds.

Love the color, love the classic style. Endless possibilities with this dress - and it comes in 3 other colors too! ( but I like this color best!)

A Beautiful Mess

I adore the floral print, and the vintage style of this dress! (Although I do like my dresses a bit longer!) I *love* how Elsie Flannigan wears this, especially the look of the cardigan with it. totally going to find a dress something similar to this so I can try this look.

this combo is ever so cute..perfect for spring. Day at the Docks dress, I love the round halter neck and the floral print..so pretty and feminine!! Button-up Basic Cardigan, Getaway sandals, oh I just love these sandals! Retro Revival Scarf and Proud as a Necklace.

Afternoon Company Dress

I love the idea they gave on the website for this dress - peep-toe wedges, some gold bangles, an ivory cardigan (cardigans just go with everything, don't they! ) and some red lipstick...oh so cute!! You could change out accessories for all sorts of different looks/seasons.
